CONFERENCE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Full Refunds – 30 Days or More Notice Required
To receive a full refund, a written request (mail or email) must be made no later than March 7, 2019
50% Refunds – Notice of Less than 30 Days
Requests for refunds (mail or email) within 30 days of the conference date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refunds – Within 2 Weeks
Requests for refunds within two weeks of the conference date will not be eligible for a refund.
Extraordinary Circumstances - Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference
due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, we must be contacted by phone or e-mail.
